If you took Don Draper and removed the despair, you’d have what Joe would love to think of himself: a creative leader with a love of hair products. His past is communications and PR, and his future is as creative as his clients will let him be. He can think (it’s been proven), write, direct, coach, interview, host, and even sing (this has been said to be tolerable). He has created stories and themes that events are built around, coached business leaders to deliver great speeches, scripted and directed videos that make audiences laugh and cry (occasionally at the intended moments) and written and performed shows for live audiences of all kinds.
