Expanding our Footprint: New Offices in New York and San Diego
We’re growing – thanks to our incredible clients – and we are excited to announce that New York and San Diego are the newest offices in the L37 footprint.
New York has been in our sights for a long time. We have some existing clients in the northeast and are eager to grow there in the years to come. We just hired a great creative director to lead this office immediately (details down below) and will be building this team in the year to come.
In early 2018, we’ll be opening up our doors in San Diego, which means we’re now covering coast to coast of the country to be in our customers’ backyards, as well as increase our range of true L37 capabilities in local markets. We’re spreading our wings, and living out our mission –to be the best creative agency for clients. To be the best, we must be there for our clients. Not as a remote agency they occasionally call, but as true partner, available anytime.
New Talent, New Creative Potential
With our exciting expansion, we also expanded our team. We are thrilled to add Joe Cooper as the newest Creative Director to L37. Adding the talented Joe Cooper as a creative director allows our best capabilities for clients (leading with creative ideation, content development, event solutions, and partnership) to be delivered right in-market. Joe’s east coast presence allows clients to know that their creative partner is close by for all the capabilities we provide.
In addition to Joe, we’ve expanded our team of producers, directors of photography, editors, and graphic artists. Our new team members, strategically hired to support our clients’ needs, have busted through the gate and contributed right away. They are embodying the L37 standards and culture by wrapping their arms around clients already – meaning providing creative solutions and working to accomplish client goals. Our new talent hires are focused on the core competency of what we do – which is what we love!
Annual Conference Highlights
Finally, the whole L37 Creative team traveled to Chicago for our annual team conference. We believe creation comes in the unadulterated form of generating ideas and acting on those ideas for a beautiful product! In our 2nd annual company summit, we divided our employees into three teams, and challenged them to create a 2-minute video, to tell a story — in just 8 hours. With affectionate team names “Little Legue,” “Ego is the Enemy,” and “Team Bogus,” and three videos, the competition was a rousing success. We’re proud to announce the winner – Team Bogus – and the winning product – The Chicagoan.
